Dee has been facilitating, public speaking; teaching and working with groups for over 25 years within private, public and community based organisations.
Dee's qualifications include a Masters in Leadership and Management (Curtin University, WA), Graduate Diploma Human Resource Development (Curtin University, WA) and a Diploma in Assessment and Training Systems. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AFAIM) and a Fellow of the Risk Management Institute of Australasia (FRMIA).
Dee has significant experience in the area of Strategic Leadership Development, Governance and Organisational Cultural Change Management; and is published in the areas of governance, leadership and safety culture. Her diverse portfolio also includes experience in the areas of strategy and strategic planning, teambuilding and risk management. Dee?s strengths include leadership and strategy training, facilitation and group process initiatives and building cross-cultural teams that build on diversity and current talent.
Dee currently supplies consultancy services primarily with leading organisations throughout Western Australia and Australasia.
