Whether your meeting face to face with staff, supervisors or colleagues, or using the phone or email to convey messages, good communication is the essential ingredient to building successful work relations and making sure your message is clearly understood and heard.
This course will give you the opportunity to practice and explore your listening, questioning and non-verbal communication skills in a relaxed and fun environment.
