This full day workshop builds upon the WACOSS "the Facilitators Bag of Tricks" program. The intent of the Advanced Program is to provde a stronger emphasis on the skills session to gain a deeper understanding of the key-facilitation tools for organising, diagnosing, exploration and decision-making. Throughout the session participants will be involved in small and large group activities, personal reflections activities and ineractive discussions.
