Those of us working in the community sector are often motivated by big visions for social change and deep caring about the welfare of other people. We do emotionally demanding work with limited resources, and the temptation can be to keep stretching ourselves further and further.

It is possible to prioritise your own health and happiness while doing this important work!

This interactive and creative workshop is an opportunity to reflect on your work practices and share strategies for managing stress..
