A key responsibility of management or overseeing the management of an organisation is being prepared for the future. The most effective way to do this is through strategic planning. Strategic planning is about thinking ahead; and the process of getting there.

This workshop, designed for Board Members and key staff, will explore in depth the key steps involved in developing a strategic plan that will ensure organisations are effective, productive, and responsive to the changing needs of its community.
