Develop more skills to enhance the financial viability, and accountability, of your organisation.
This training is ideal for anyone new to financial management or needs a refresher on the financial concepts and requirements for community organisations. This one day workshop provides an overview of the financial information community organisations need to know and covers basic financial management, key accounting concepts and all aspects of financial reporting relating to community groups.
A must do workshop for managers, team leaders, board and committee members and those establishing a community group.
This workshop is suitable for large and small groups, and is particularly relevant if you are responsible for developing and managing budgets for projects or programs, a Board or Committee member or in a management role in the community sector. If you are thinking of setting up an organisation this will help you get started on the right foot with your legal obligations relating to financial management.
