Everyone is talking about social innovation and social enterprise from business and community groups to environmental and social action groups. But are we all talking the same thing? Does it matter? Social enterprise is confusing because there is no one size fits all, how you do it and why you do it, will be different for different for different groups.
This day is a forum, a workshop and an open space designed to start the dialogue around social innovation in WA. We are bringing the Community, Business, Government and Education together in one place to:
WHAT DOES IT COVER?
- Apply creative thinking tools to develop solutions to meet the challenges our organisations face today
- Put into practice new ideas that can create positive outcomes for the community
- Take the best from old ideas and programs and turn them into new ideas and better programs
- Learn from our past experiences to create better communities
