The content of this 2 day workshop is shaped by the assumption that an individual's capacity to lead effectively is determined not just by their leadership skills, but by the impact of the interplay between their identity, the power they have (perceived and conferred), and the context and culture within which they work. As we explore participants' different leadership challenges they will be encouraged to consider how these three critical variables affect their capacity to act as a leader and to use different styles and strategies.
