This highly interactive workshop is designed to increase your interpersonal effectiveness up, down, across and outside your workplace.
Communication is the life-blood of every relationship, both at work and in our personal lives. Relationships can grow and strengthen as a result of effective communication or can be destroyed through lack of skill. This course will provide you with increased competencies to creatively resolve day-to-day confl icts involving both yourself and other people.
